What are your fees?
Our prices are as follows:
Initial Consultation $100 (New Patient) – 60 Minutes – For someone that has never been to our clinic or hasn’t been for 3 years or more.
Initial Consultation $85 (Exisiting Patient with New Injury & Group Class Pre-screening) – 30 Minutes
Standard Consultation $85 – 30 Minutes. For follow up appointments.
Group Exercise Class $35 – 45 Minutes
$10 pensioner discount upon presentation of pension card
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No, you don’t need to have a referral from a GP to make an appointment
What payment methods are available?
You are welcome to pay with cash, EFTPOS or Visa/Mastercard
Medicare/DVA claiming
Onsite processing of DVA and Medicare EPC is available. Patients will be required to pay in full via cash/EFTPOS at time of appointment and we will then process the claim with Medicare, who in turn will process your rebate into your account within 48 hours of claim being lodged.
Can I claim on the spot?
We are able to facilitate on the spot claiming for Healthpoint Private Health Fund, Medicare EPC, DVA, Workers’ Compensation and CTP services.

What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing
Bring any relevant scans or investigations, any relevant correspondence and/or referrals from other treatment providers/GP’s
My treatment relates to an insurance claim. What do I need to bring?
For Workers Compensation and CTP related services, please bring a current referral from your nominated treating doctor, the contact details for your Insurance Case Manager along with your current claim number.
What is the standard consultation time?
Your initial consultation time is 60 minutes, which allows the physiotherapist adequate time to discuss your background, injury and provide treatment on your first visit. A standard consultation time thereafter of 30 minutes.

What are your operating hours?
We are open for appointments as follows:

Monday: 9am – 8pm
Tuesday: 8am – 7:30pm
Wednesday: 9am – 2:30pm (Admin Hours)
Thursday: 9am – 7:30pm
Friday: 8am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 8am – 11:30am

Is parking available?
Yes, there is ample street parking on Murphy Street, Blaxland
